We snagged a sweet DBB deal and it was ace! The room was super spacious, newly done up, and the bath was something else. Only thing was, the bed felt a bit firm for my liking. Breakfast was top-notch and the vibe in the restaurant was really chill. A lovely spot to relax but parking can be tricky.

During my stay, I appreciated being just a few steps from Hexham Abbey and a short stroll to the beautiful Dilston Physic Garden, perfect for my weekend walks exploring the area. the staff were also super friendly and the breakfast was fantastic, setting my day off right.

Breakfast pricing is a bit of a shocker, with individual items charged separately, making it feel quite pricey—never thought I'd pay that much for breakfast. The room I stayed in had a hard bed and pillows, which might not suit everyone's preference. also, the absence of a dressing table with a little stool made it tricky for getting ready in front of the mirror. the room was too warm upon arrival due to the heated towel radiator being on a timer, which means you might want to ask about temperature control if you like cooler spaces overnight.

my stay at the beaumont was lovely! the bed was super comfortable, and it was quiet after 11 pm, which helped me sleep well. I enjoyed the breakfast. it was excellent! the staff made me feel welcome and were very helpful during my stay.

The hotel overlooks a picturesque park next to a fine abbey, providing a lovely view, especially with the fairy lights in the evening. Recently renovated, it retains original features, creating an excellent atmosphere in the spacious rooms, including the standout experiences of a massive bed and a large TV.

Parking could use clearer information. The underground lot has limited spaces, and it's tricky to access. Street parking is a pain, requiring a disc purchase and only allowing two hours. Breakfast prices feel inflated with itemized costs-you may find it less than appealing to pay separately for drinks when you could get a flat rate for the meal. The shower over the bath setup might not work for everyone, and the bar area can feel a bit chilly, which detracted slightly from the comfort during evening relaxation.
